I was brought up in the paddock and garage as my dad was racing . So my need for speed started as a kid on a pushbike. . Then 16 I got a 50cc. Then moved to a 125cc that I stuck into a car. So I decided I'd be safer on the track after I had healed. A few weeks after I'd entered my first race at oulton park on my yamaha tzr125 but the event was canceled in practice as a sidecar had droped oil around 70% of the track . So I never got to turn a wheel till 1992
